1st AC, Pilot (Prague)

Seeking a dedicated 1st AC for an upcoming pilot shoot in Prague during the first half of November 2026. This independent production is a dark comedy with surreal elements, exploring themes of existential dread through a visually distinct lens. We're aiming for a slightly off-kilter, heightened reality aesthetic. Expect a fast-paced environment and a collaborative team. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining critical focus and managing camera equipment with precision. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of various camera systems and excellent communication skills. Experience on narrative projects is a plus, but we are open to all levels of experience for the right fit. Please have a current showreel showcasing your focus pulling work, even if it's from short films or smaller projects. We expect about 8-10 hour days for a total of 10-12 shoot days within that timeframe. Camera body (Arri Alexa Mini LF) and basic lens package will be provided. Compensation is $250/day flat, paid weekly. Travel and accommodation are not provided, so local crew or those willing to self-relocate are preferred.
