Camera for Music Video

We are seeking a talented Camera Operator for a dynamic independent music video for an emerging indie-pop artist. This project has a vibrant, energetic aesthetic with a focus on creative movement and expressive lighting, filmed against the unique backdrops of Albuquerque. We’re looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective and help translate our artistic vision into compelling visuals. Your main responsibilities will include operating the primary camera, collaborating closely with the DP on shot composition and movement, and ensuring all footage meets technical and artistic standards. Experience levels from enthusiastic beginners to seasoned pros are welcome; we value passion and a good eye above all. Please have access to your own camera package (e.g., Blackmagic Pocket, Sony a7S III, or similar) suitable for music video production, along with basic lenses. A gimbal or shoulder rig would be a huge plus. We will provide lighting, additional grip gear, and a dedicated crew. The shoot is currently planned for 1-2 days, likely around October 17, 2026, with flexible hours per day. Compensation for this independent project is deferred.
