Line Producer, Feature Film (Remote OK)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Producer for an upcoming independent feature film. This project is a character-driven drama with elements of magical realism, exploring themes of memory and loss in a grounded, intimate way. We're looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of bringing a unique and heartfelt story to life within independent film structures. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the budget, overseeing scheduling, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the production. You'll be the backbone helping keep us on track from pre-production through wrap. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of film production logistics, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. While previous experience as a Line Producer on a feature film is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong transferable skills and a keen understanding of production management, even at an associate producer or UPM level. A relevant portfolio of past projects demonstrating your organizational capabilities is a plus. We offer a daily rate of $100-200, commensurate with experience. Shoot dates are flexible but currently anticipated for late summer/early fall in the Los Angeles area. Remote work for much of pre-production is absolutely an option. Come join our passionate team!
