Art Coordinator, Corporate Video, LA
Hey LA art folks! I'm Garrett, a Prop Master, and I'm looking for an experienced Art Coordinator to join me on an upcoming corporate video project. It’s an independent production for a well-known tech company, focusing on their innovative new product. We’re aiming for a sleek, modern, and aspirational aesthetic, showcasing the product in various studio and practical locations around LA. As our Art Coordinator, you'll be crucial in keeping everything running smoothly for the art department. Your main responsibilities will include managing our budget, tracking expenses, coordinating prop rentals and returns (you'll be working closely with me on this!), handling purchase orders, scheduling deliveries, and generally keeping our paperwork organized. We need someone who can anticipate needs and problem-solve on the fly. You should have at least 5+ years of experience as an Art Coordinator, ideally on corporate or commercial shoots. Strong organizational skills, a good eye for detail, and proficiency with budget software are a must. Please include a resume showcasing your relevant experience. Shoot dates are approximately 5 days in late June, with prep starting the week prior (flexible schedule, around 8-10 hours/day). We'll be providing all necessary office equipment and a production vehicle for runs. This is a flat rate of $250/day. Looking forward to hearing from you!
