Art Director, Pilot Episode (Volunteer)

Hey everyone, Calvin here, construction coordinator on an exciting upcoming pilot and we're looking for an experienced Art Director to join our team. This is a dramatic thriller, a bit Gritty, set in a near-future dystopia, with some really cool world-building opportunities. Think a blend of neo-noir and speculative fiction. We’re aiming for a strong visual style that feels both lived-in and menacing. As our Art Director, you'd be responsible for conceptualizing and executing the overall visual style of the pilot. This includes collaborating closely with the director and production designer, overseeing set decoration, props, and ensuring continuity in the aesthetic. We need someone who can work resourcefully, has a great eye for detail, and isn't afraid to get hands-on. Your experience in breaking down scripts visually and your ability to manage a small art department team will be crucial. Please send over your reel or portfolio showcasing your best work in art direction or production design. This is a passion project, so it is a volunteer position, but a fantastic opportunity to add a strong pilot to your reel and work with a dedicated crew. We're shooting in Atlanta, GA, with principal photography planned for late Spring 2024, likely a 5-7 day shoot. Specific dates are TBD but will be flexible.
