Art Coordinator, Dark Comedy Pilot

Hey filmmakers! I'm Robin, a storyboard artist, working on an upcoming independent pilot and we're looking for a dedicated Art Coordinator to join our team. It's a dark comedy, kind of a quirky, absurd look at modern relationships, with a distinct visual style that's both polished and a little off-kilter. We need someone who can help bring that vision to life. You'd be assisting our Production Designer with prop sourcing, set decoration, organizing art materials, and managing the art department budget. Basically, keeping everything running smoothly on the art side. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get more experience in the art department on a narrative project. No specific gear is required from you, just a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed. While experience is a plus, we're open to enthusiastic individuals at any level, even if this is your first art department gig. Hours will be typical production days. We're a small production company, so this is a deferred pay position, with points included once the pilot is complete and distributed.
