Art Coordinator for Web Series, Chicago

Hey Chicago art wizards, we're looking for an Art Coordinator to join our independent production team for an upcoming web series. It's a dark comedy, kind of quirky, with a distinct visual style that's crucial to its humor. Think Wes Anderson meets a post-apocalyptic diner. We're shooting for about 8 episodes, each around 10-15 minutes. You'll be helping the Art Director bring this world to life. This means assisting with prop sourcing, set dressing, general organization, managing art department petty cash, and keeping everything running smoothly on set. We'll be doing a mix of practical sets and some green screen work, so familiarity with that is a plus. We're seeking someone with mid-level experience in an art department role, ideally someone who's worked on independent film or web series projects before. While we don't expect you to bring a full prop house, any personal art supplies or specialty tools you own would be awesome.
