Camera for Web Series

Hey filmmakers, Bryce Harmon here (PSC). We're gearing up for an exciting new web series, a dark comedy with surreal elements, set to shoot here in Austin. Think 'Atlanta' meets 'Twin Peaks' in a quirky, independent setting. We're looking for a talented Camera Operator to join our small, dedicated crew for this upcoming project. Your main responsibilities will include operating our primary camera system, setting up shots according to the DP's vision, and ensuring all raw footage meets technical standards. You'll work closely with the Director of Photography and the rest of the camera department. We're seeking someone with entry-level experience, a solid understanding of camera operation, and a good eye for composition. Please have some experience on set, even if it's student work or smaller independent projects, and a reel demonstrating your skills is a must. We anticipate shoot dates will be approximately 10-15 days, likely spread over 3-4 weeks in late summer/early fall. Days will typically be 10-12 hours. We'll provide the camera package, but if you have a monitor or follow focus you prefer, let us know! This is a paid position, $1000-1500 per day depending on experience and kit.
