Senior Production Designer, Sci-Fi Pilot

Hey everyone, I'm a VFX artist based in SF, working on an exciting sci-fi pilot and looking for a talented Senior Production Designer to join our team. This project has a unique, gritty, near-future aesthetic think Blade Runner meets District 9, with a strong focus on practical builds and clever set dressing to really sell the world on a contained budget. It's a character-driven thriller, so the design needs to feel lived-in and organic. You'll be responsible for developing the overall visual style, creating concept art, sourcing and building props, designing and dressing sets, and managing a small art department. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in sci-fi or dystopian genres. Ideally, you’ll have your own basic tools, though we'll cover materials. Shoot dates are approximately 5-7 days in late July/early August, with prep starting mid-June. It will be full days, likely 10-12 hours on set. Pay is $100-200/day, depending on experience and scope.
