Camera Operator for Montreal Corporate Shoot

Seeking a Camera Operator for a corporate video project in Montreal, focusing on a local tech startup's innovative product launch. This isn't your typical dry corporate piece, we're aiming for a dynamic, engaging, and visually polished video that captures the energy and forward-thinking nature of the company. We need someone who can hit the ground running, bringing their own camera package (e.g., Blackmagic Pocket, Sony FX3, Canon C70 or similar with appropriate lenses) and a good eye for framing and movement to our small, efficient crew. You'll be responsible for setting up shots, operating the camera during interviews and b-roll sequences, and ensuring all footage is technically sound. While this is an entry-level position, we're looking for someone with a solid reel that demonstrates technical proficiency and a good sense of visual storytelling. We're providing lighting and sound equipment, and you'll be working closely with a small independent production team. Shoot dates are approximate, but we're looking at 1-2 days in late August or early September 2026, likely 10-hour days. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a paid project with a fun, collaborative group.
