Colorist, Corporate Video (Atlanta)

Hey filmmakers of Atlanta, we're on the hunt for a skilled Colorist for an upcoming independent corporate video. This project is for a local non-profit, focusing on their community initiatives. It's got a heartfelt, inspiring tone, aiming to showcase their positive impact with a polished, professional look. We're shooting for a clean, vibrant aesthetic, so someone who can bring that out in the footage is key. Your responsibilities would include color correcting and grading all footage, ensuring consistency across various shots, and working closely with the director to achieve the desired visual style. We're looking for someone with a good eye for detail and a solid understanding of color theory. You should have your own color grading software (DaVinci Resolve preferred) and a properly calibrated monitor. Mid-level experience in corporate video or similar non-narrative work is ideal, and a strong reel demonstrating your expertise is a must. Shoot dates are wrapping up, so we'd be looking at post-production starting within the next few weeks, with flexible hours. This is a volunteer position, but we'll provide meals on any longer sessions and you'll get a copy of the finished video for your reel. It’s a great opportunity to collaborate on a meaningful project and add some impactful work to your portfolio.
