Colorist for Documentary (Atlanta)

Hey filmmakers, I'm looking for a talented colorist to join our independent production team for an upcoming documentary project. This film explores the vibrant, often hidden, subcultures within Atlanta's music scene, aiming for a gritty, authentic yet visually rich aesthetic. We're looking for someone who can help us define and enhance the visual storytelling through expert color grading. You'll be responsible for establishing the look and feel of the film, ensuring continuity, and delivering final graded footage ready for online. Any experience level is welcome, as long as you have a strong eye for color and a passion for documentary work. Please have your own grading setup and software (DaVinci Resolve preferred, but open to others). Share your reel or portfolio demonstrating your previous work. We're budgeting for approximately $2000-3000 per week for this position. The post-production schedule is flexible but we anticipate needing around 2-3 weeks of dedicated work starting late summer.
