Line Producer, Independent Feature (Remote OK)

Our small independent production is seeking an experienced Line Producer to join our team for an upcoming feature film. This project is a gritty, character-driven drama set in modern-day Los Angeles, exploring themes of resilience and urban survival. We are looking for someone who can help us bring this compelling story to the screen efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all logistical aspects of the production, managing the budget, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will be instrumental in scheduling, hiring crew, and maintaining a smooth operation from pre-production through wrap. We need someone with a strong background in feature film production, a proven track record of successful project management, and excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience working with independent budgets is a plus. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for mid September 2026, lasting approximately 4-5 weeks, preceded by about 3-4 weeks of intensive prep. This is a paid position, offering $1000-1500 per day, dependent on experience. While a presence in Los Angeles is preferred for key phases, we are open to remote work for much of the pre-production planning.
