Line Producer, NYC Corporate Video

Seeking a talented Line Producer for an upcoming corporate video project in New York, NY. The shoot will take place over 1-2 days during the last week of September 2026, with an additional 1-2 days of prep work prior to that. This is a small, independent production focused on creating engaging content for a non-profit client, showcasing their community impact. The tone will be inspiring and informative, featuring interviews and some observational footage. As our Line Producer, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth production. Key responsibilities include managing the budget (tracking expenses, petty cash, reconciliation), coordinating logistics (locations, permits, equipment rentals), creating call sheets and production schedules, and generally overseeing day-to-day operations on set. You'll work closely with me, the Producer, to keep everything on track and within scope. We're open to all experience levels, from emerging producers looking to gain solid experience to seasoned professionals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience with corporate video production is a plus, but not strictly required.
