Line Producer, Indie Feature (Remote OK)

Seeking a dedicated Line Producer to help us bring an exciting independent feature film to life. This is a gritty crime drama with psychological thriller elements, exploring themes of redemption and justice in a complex urban setting. We're aiming for a raw, realistic tone, and it's a project with a strong script that's already garnering interest. Your immediate focus will be on refining our budget, creating detailed production schedules, and assisting with crew outreach for October 2026. This role is crucial for keeping our production on track and within scope. Responsibilities include comprehensive budget management, scheduling, logistics coordination, and managing departmental needs. We’re looking for someone organized, resourceful, and capable of problem-solving under pressure. Experience with independent film budgeting software or spreadsheets is a plus, but not strictly required. More importantly, we need a proactive attitude and a willingness to dive into the challenges of indie filmmaking. The project is primarily based in Los Angeles, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate. Prep will be about 3-4 weeks leading up to our principal photography. Shoot dates are approximately 15-18 days across October 2026. This is a volunteer position offering credit, meals on set, and an invaluable opportunity to play a key leadership role on a compelling project.
