Line Producing for Corporate Video

Capture the innovative spirit of a tech startup in a 5-7 minute corporate sizzle video. We're seeking an experienced (any level) Line Producer to join our independent production, overseeing the practical and financial execution of this engaging project. This video will blend interviews, on-location B-roll, and stylized product shots to showcase their cutting-edge advancements and company culture, aiming for a modern, energetic, and professional tone. Key responsibilities include creating and managing the budget, negotiating rates with crew and vendors, securing locations and permits, managing logistics for equipment, transportation, and catering, and ensuring the production stays on schedule. We're looking for someone proactive and highly organized who can keep everything running smoothly. Production is based in Los Angeles, CA. The shooting schedule will be a 2-3 day shoot in September 2026, with about 2-3 weeks of prep leading up to it.
