Line Producer, Indie Feature Film

Seeking an experienced Line Producer to spearhead our upcoming independent feature film. We need someone who can hit the ground running with budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for a gritty, character-driven drama set in the criminal underworld. Think early 90s indie cinema, raw and authentic, with a strong focus on performance and atmosphere. This isn't a massive studio picture, so resourcefulness and creative problem-solving are key. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing the budget, creating detailed production schedules, coordinating crew and vendor relationships, and overseeing all on-set logistics. You'll be working closely with the director and producers to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Line Producer on narrative features, preferably in the independent space. A strong network of local crew and vendors in Los Angeles is a huge plus. Please provide a resume and a list of previous projects with your application. Shoot dates are approximately the first half of September 2026, with prep starting immediately. We anticipate about 3-4 weeks of production. This is a paid position at $200-400 per day, depending on experience. We'll provide production insurance, office space during prep, and on-set meals.
