Line Producing for Corporate Video

We're looking for a seasoned Line Producer to help us bring an exciting, design-focused corporate video to life. This project involves a series of interviews and stylized b-roll for a tech client, focusing on innovation and sleek aesthetics. We need someone who can hit the ground running with budget management, scheduling, and crew logistics. You'll be the backbone of our production, ensuring everything runs smoothly from prep through wrap. Key responsibilities include creating and managing the budget, developing and maintaining the production schedule, securing locations, hiring and managing crew, and overseeing all production logistics. We need someone with at least 5 years of experience in line producing, particularly on corporate or commercial projects. A strong understanding of Los Angeles permitting and a proven track record of efficient resource management are essential. Please share your reel or a portfolio of past projects demonstrating your experience. Shoot dates are approximately 3-4 days in late August or early September 2026, with a few weeks of prep beforehand. Hours will be typical production days. This is a volunteer position, but we'll provide meals on set and a copy of the final project for your reel. We're a small, independent production company committed to making great content, and we're looking for a passionate individual to join our team.
