Line Producing for Corporate Video

Our upcoming independent corporate video project, a series of engaging and informative internal communications pieces for a major tech brand, is expanding its team. We're looking for a senior Line Producer based in Toronto who can hit the ground running. This is a critical role ensuring our production stays on track, on budget, and runs smoothly from pre-production through post. You'll be responsible for all logistical and financial aspects, including budget management, scheduling, crew hiring (excluding creative heads), location scouting, and ensuring all necessary permits and insurance are in place. We need someone with at least 5 years of experience line producing corporate content, someone who understands the nuances of working with corporate clients, and who has a strong network of local crew and vendors. Please provide your reel or a detailed list of past corporate video projects you've line produced. While this is primarily a deferred compensation role with a backend percentage, some operational costs will be covered upfront. We're aiming for principal photography in late August or early September 2026, with exact dates to be finalized. Hours will vary, but expect full-time commitment during peak production phases. We'll provide a comprehensive project brief and existing production plan for review.
