Line Producer, NYC Web Series (Volunteer)

Hey everyone, Claire here. We're looking for a Line Producer for an upcoming web series, a dark comedy with some genre elements, definitely a unique take on modern relationships. It's a really fun script, think 'Atlanta' meets 'Fleabag,' but with a supernatural twist. We’re a small, independent production, and this is a great chance to get some hands-on experience on a serialized project. We need someone who can hit the ground running with budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for our production. You'll be working closely with the director and me to keep things on track, ensuring we stay within our financial and timeline parameters. Key responsibilities include negotiating vendor rates, managing call sheets, coordinating locations, and generally being the logistical backbone of the shoot. Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting or similar software is a big plus, but not strictly required. We’re open to all experience levels, from seasoned professionals looking to jump into web content to up-and-comers eager to learn. Shoot dates are approximate, but we’re aiming for 5-7 days of principal photography spread across late summer/early fall. Hours will be typical production days. This is a volunteer position, but we'll provide meals on set and a copy of the finished series for your reel. Looking forward to hearing from you!
