Line Producing for Documentary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Line Producer for an independent documentary feature exploring the unique challenges and triumphs of a community striving for change. This project has a deeply human and inspirational tone, offering a chance to contribute to a meaningful story. As Line Producer, you'll be crucial in managing the production budget, scheduling, and logistics for our upcoming project. Key responsibilities include creating and tracking the budget, coordinating crew and equipment, securing permits, and overseeing day-to-day operational needs. You'll work closely with the director and script supervisor (who is me) to ensure a smooth production. We’re looking for someone with an understanding of documentary production workflows, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. While this is an entry-level position, any prior experience in production coordination or assistant roles would be a plus. Please share your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest. We anticipate approximately 3 weeks of work for prep and the main shoot, which is scheduled for the first half of September 2026.
