Line Producing for Music Video

Seeking an Entry-Level Line Producer for an upcoming independent music video in New Orleans, LA. This project features an emerging local artist, blending a modern R&B sound with a visually evocative, almost surreal narrative. We're aiming for a fresh, stylish look with a tight crew, so a proactive and organized approach is key to making our budget work creatively. This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio on a unique project. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with budget tracking, coordinating logistics (transportation, catering, equipment rentals), managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. You'll be the point person for day-to-day production needs on set and during limited prep. We need someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. Prior production experience, even in a PA or coordinator role, is a plus. Experience with production software or spreadsheets for budgeting is helpful. A strong understanding of the New Orleans production landscape, especially local vendors and crew, would be fantastic. Please provide a brief resume or list of relevant experience. We anticipate a 1-2 day shoot in September 2026, with about 3-5 days of prep work scattered in the weeks prior. Shoot days will be long, likely 10-12 hours. We're offering $100-200 per day, depending on experience. Lunch and craft services will be provided on shoot days. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with practical problem-solving.
