Senior Line Producer, London Pilot (Paid)

We are an independent production team seeking an experienced Senior Line Producer for an upcoming comedy-drama pilot shooting in London. This project is a quirky, character-driven story with a strong ensemble cast, exploring themes of belonging and modern urban life with a lighthearted yet poignant tone. We're looking for someone to help us bring this vision to life efficiently and creatively. This is a 1-hour pilot with potential for series pickup. Your main responsibilities will include comprehensive budget management, scheduling, crew hiring (beyond the core creative team), location logistics, and ensuring a smooth production flow from prep through wrap. You will be the primary operational lead, managing resources and problem-solving on the ground. We need someone who can work autonomously and has a proven track record in independent film or television production, particularly pilots or short-form series. Strong organizational skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and excellent communication are essential. Experience with UK film tax relief is a plus. The approximate shoot window is 2-3 weeks in September 2026, preceded by about 3-4 weeks of prep. We anticipate a standard 10-hour workday.
