Web Series Line Producing Vancouver, BC mid Budget: $150-300/day

Hey filmmakers! I'm a camera op on an independent comedy web series shooting in Vancouver this summer, and we're looking for a sharp Line Producer to join our team. It's a fresh, character-driven comedy with a slightly absurd tone think 'What We Do in the Shadows' meets 'Portlandia'. We've got a great script and a super enthusiastic crew, now we just need someone organized to keep the wheels turning. As our Line Producer, you'll be instrumental in wrangling our budget, scheduling, and logistics for our upcoming shoot. This means managing crew and vendor agreements, coordinating locations, overseeing production day operations to ensure we stay on schedule and budget, and generally making sure we're all good to go. Basically, you'll be our production superhero. We're looking for someone with around 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally on independent or web-based projects. Strong organizational skills are a must, along with a good understanding of Vancouver's production landscape for permitting and resources. You'll need to be proficient with production management software (Movie Magic, Celtx, etc.) and have experience with call sheets, budgets, and production reports. Please send a resume demonstrating your relevant experience. Shoot dates are approximately 10-12 days over July and August, mostly weekdays. We're offering $150-300 per day, depending on experience. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set, of course. This is a great opportunity to get some solid credits on an exciting project with a supportive team. Looking forward to hearing from you!
