Production for Pilot

We need a Production Assistant (PA) to jump right in and help keep our upcoming independent pilot production running smoothly. This project is a darkly comedic drama, a character-driven story with a quirky sensibility, exploring themes of belonging and finding your voice in an unconventional world. It's an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a project with strong creative potential. As our PA, you'll be instrumental in supporting all departments. Key responsibilities include coordinating runs, assisting with set-up and breakdown, managing craft services, distributing call sheets, maintaining a tidy set, and generally being proactive in solving day-to-day production needs. We're looking for someone highly organized, resourceful, a strong communicator, and able to anticipate needs before being asked. You should be a fast learner with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor. This is an entry-level position. No specific gear is required, but a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. Previous set experience, even on student films or shorts, is a plus, but a great work ethic and willingness to learn are most important. Please provide a resume outlining any relevant experience. Shoot dates are approximately 5-6 days in total, anticipated for late October 2026. Prep will be about 2-3 days prior to that. Expect long days, likely 10-12 hours. Lunch and snacks will be provided on set.
