Production Manager, Pilot (Mexico City)
A dark, atmospheric pilot about a cartel boss’s estranged daughter attempting to disappear, only to be drawn back into the family business. We are an independent production looking for a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee the logistical and financial aspects of our upcoming pilot shoot in Mexico City. Key responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, coordinating crew, managing permits, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the central hub for all production logistics. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in production management, ideally with previous pilot or short form narrative work. Experience working in Mexico is a huge plus. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. You’ll need a strong network of local contacts for vendors and crew. We anticipate a 10-day shoot in November 2026, with 2-3 weeks of prep beforehand. We're a small production company, so a proactive, problem-solving attitude is essential. Rate is $200-400/day depending on experience. Local accommodation and transport will be provided during the shoot if needed, and a local per diem.
