Senior Production Manager, Corporate Video

Seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager for an upcoming series of corporate videos focusing on innovative tech solutions. Our independent production is developing engaging, visually driven content for a well-known tech company, designed to highlight their impact and future vision. This project offers a chance to shape high-quality, impactful narratives within a fast-paced corporate environment. We're looking for someone who thrives on organization and problem-solving. This is not a client-facing role, but a crucial internal one ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of pre-production logistics, managing on-set production flow, coordinating crew, ensuring timely delivery of assets to post-production, and keeping the project on schedule and budget. You'll be the backbone of our on-the-ground team, working closely with the director and the producer. We require at least 8-10 years of experience in corporate video production, with a strong emphasis on managing multiple projects simultaneously. A solid understanding of current production workflows, equipment, and vendor relations is essential. While not a gear-specific role, familiarity with typical corporate video camera packages (e.g., Sony FX9/FX6, Canon C300) and lighting setups is a plus. The shoot dates are approximately 1-2 days per video, with multiple videos scheduled from mid October 2026 through early December 2026. Prep work will begin in late September 2026.
