Senior VFX Artist, Corporate Video (Volunteer)

Hey filmmakers, Marcus here. I'm a Foley Artist working on an independent corporate video about innovation in sustainable tech. It’s got a clean, professional aesthetic with some really engaging data visualization, and we need a talented Senior VFX Artist to bring some of our more abstract concepts to life. This project is for a small production company and offers a great opportunity to add some polished work to your reel. Your main responsibilities will involve motion graphics, compositing, and general visual effects work to enhance the on-screen information and create compelling transitions. We're looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems creatively, and maintain a high standard of visual quality. While we can provide some existing design assets, proficiency with After Effects, Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software), and Nuke is essential. Please have a strong reel demonstrating your expertise in corporate or informational VFX. Shoot dates are mostly wrapped up, so this is primarily post-production work. We're looking at approximately 20-30 hours per week for about 3-4 weeks, with flexible remote work possible after an initial in-person meeting in Chicago, IL. We're a small, dedicated team and while this is a volunteer role, we'll provide meals and, of course, full credit on the production. Excited to see your work!
