VFX for Web Series

Hey filmmakers, I'm Autumn, a Music Supervisor currently working on an independent dark comedy web series, which is shaping up to be quite a ride. We're looking for a senior VFX artist to help bring some of our more surreal and comedic visual gags to life. This isn't your typical superhero flick; we're talking about subtle enhancements and offbeat effects that punch up the humor without being over-the-top. You'd be responsible for everything from green screen keying and compositing to some more creative, character-driven effects. We're looking for someone with a strong reel demonstrating a solid understanding of both practical and digital effects, and a keen eye for comedic timing. Experience with industry-standard software like After Effects and Nuke is a must. While a physical presence in Nashville is a plus for collaboration, we're totally open to remote work for the right person. Our shoot dates are somewhat flexible, but we anticipate needing your expertise starting late August or early September 2026 for approximately 4-6 weeks, with a potential for additional post-production work. We're offering $300-500 a day, depending on your experience and skill set. We're a small, fun crew and are excited to find someone who can bring their unique vision to our project.
