Integrating StudioBinder, Frame.io, Notion, and Micro-Sprints: How do you do it?

Hey everyone, as an AD, I'm constantly looking for ways to streamline our production process. We're currently on a commercial shoot with a pretty tight turnaround, and I've been trying to weave in StudioBinder for scheduling, Frame.io for client reviews, and Notion for broader project management. I've also been experimenting with 'micro-sprints' (breaking down tasks into really short, focused bursts) but it feels like these tools and methods are still operating in silos rather than as a unified system.

For example, moving comments from Frame.io back into Notion tasks, or ensuring StudioBinder schedules accurately reflect sprint goals, is clunky. It feels like I'm doing a lot of manual data transfer. How do others here integrate these powerful tools and methodologies into one seamless workflow for a typical client project? I'm curious about practical steps or custom setups you've found effective.
