Integrating StudioBinder, Frame.io, Notion with 'Micro-Sprints', Seeking Workflow Advice

Hey everyone,

I'm Aiden Cross, a UPM, and I'm really trying to streamline our project management. We're currently using StudioBinder for most of our production docs, Frame.io for review cycles, and Notion for internal team collaboration and knowledge base. Individually, these tools are great.

What I'm struggling with is how to truly integrate them, especially with an operational method like 'Micro-Sprints.' We've tried setting up Notion pages that link out to StudioBinder call sheets or Frame.io review links for specific sprint tasks, but it often feels clunky or like we're duplicating effort.

For a regular client project (think commercials or short-form branded content), how do you guys effectively weave these tools and a sprint-based approach into one seamless workflow? I want to avoid constant context switching and ensure everyone's always looking at the most up-to-date information without having to hunt for it across three platforms. Any practical advice or specific setups you've found successful?
