One-Page Pitch for No-Budget Projects: How to Convey Production Value?

Hey everyone, Diana here, wearing my producer hat today and scratching my head a bit.

I'm putting together a one-page pitch for a passion project, a really intimate, character-driven short film that I genuinely believe has an audience. The thing is, we're talking ultra micro-budget, practically no-budget. My cast and crew are all fantastic and working for deferred, and we're leveraging a lot of favors for locations and gear. I've tried focusing heavily on the strong script and the unique vision in the pitch, but I worry it still reads as 'low budget' rather than 'resourceful' or 'artistically constrained.'

How do you effectively convey a compelling vision and hint at production value on a one-page pitch when your actual budget is almost zero? What are some creative ways to make a lean project still look attractive on paper to potential investors, even if they're only putting in a tiny amount for post-production or festival fees?
