Scaling Contracts: From Spreadsheets to Platforms, Best Boy Workflow?

Darius Pope here, Best Boy Electric. I'm hitting a wall with our contract workflow as the productions I'm on get bigger. We're moving from indie shorts where a Google Sheet for deal memos and releases worked fine, to more involved commercial gigs. Recently wrapped a spot that had us lighting with SkyPanel S60-Cs and Orbiter, shooting on an ALEXA 35, and managing a crew of 40+. Keeping track of everyone's agreements, payments, and NDAs in spreadsheets is becoming a nightmare.

I'm looking at platforms like Wrapbook or even just DocuSign to streamline things. For those of you who've made that jump, how did you adapt your workflow? What were the biggest hurdles moving from simple sheets to a more integrated system when your productions started scaling up?
