Streamlining Consistent Folder Rules & Checksums, How Did You Do It?

I'm Miguel Santos, a drone operator, and I've been wrestling with post-production workflow lately. I mainly fly a DJI Inspire 3 or a M600 with a ALEXA Mini, often on projects where I'm delivering footage to a larger team. I understand the undeniable benefits of consistent folder structures and checksum verification for data integrity and smooth handoffs.

My current DIT process is decent, but it feels like adding strict checksums and a deeply standardized folder system would slow things down significantly on set. We're often moving fast, especially with multiple battery changes and card swaps. I've tried using Shotput Pro more rigorously, but even that adds time.

For those of you who've successfully implemented these practices on your productions (especially DITs or owner-operators) how did you integrate them into your existing workflow without feeling like it completely bogged down post-production? Did you have to change your DIT process significantly, or did you find ways to make it seamless? Any practical advice would be greatly appreciated.
