Maintaining Comp Consistency Across Multiple Artists - Global Template Adaptation?

Nadine here, Script Supervisor on a new series. We're facing a bit of a challenge and I'm hoping to tap into your collective wisdom. Our post-production workflow involves a global comp template that we're using for our visual effects. This template includes things like film grain, a subtle bloom, and chromatic aberration, all designed to give our footage a specific, cohesive look, shot primarily on an ALEXA Mini and a RED V-RAPTOR XL.

The issue is, we've got several freelance comp artists working remotely on different shots. Despite having the template, we're seeing slight variations in how these elements are applied, leading to subtle inconsistencies across cuts. It's not major, but it's enough to be noticeable to a keen eye.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to ensure everyone is interpreting and applying these template elements identically. For those of you who've used a 'global comp template' with elements like grain and chromatic aberration, how have you personally adapted or refined it to maintain a truly consistent look across shots handled by numerous different artists? Are there specific methods or checks you implement, or ways you've standardized the process beyond just providing the template file itself? Any insights would be hugely appreciated!
