Loudness & Compliance: Your Workflow Secrets?

Hey everyone, Grace Nakamura here. I'm a casting director, but I'm often involved in the post-production side of projects, especially when we're trying to hit quick turnaround times. We're currently cutting a series of online spots shot on an AMIRA and edited in Premiere, and I often get a bit overwhelmed with the final audio checks. I've been trying to be more diligent with loudness, but it feels a bit like I'm flailing.

Do you have a specific point in your edit or sound mix where you always do your loudness measurement? Is it right before export, or do you integrate it earlier? And what's your routine for avoiding those annoying 'too quiet, too loud' notes that invariably come back from clients or distributors? I'm trying to establish a more consistent habit. Any and all advice appreciated!
