Prop Master, Commercial Shoot (Mid-Level)

Hey everyone, Jerome here. I’m looking for an experienced Prop Master for a 1-day commercial shoot in NYC. This is for an independent production, a fun, high-energy spot for a new athletic apparel brand. Think visually dynamic, almost superhero-esque. We need someone with a keen eye for detail and the creative chops to help source, manage, and arrange props that truly elevate the aesthetic. You'll be working closely with the Art Director to bring our vision to life. Key responsibilities include prop research and sourcing (some items will be provided, but your input is crucial), on-set organization, and ensuring all props are maintained and accounted for. We need someone who can handle a fast-paced set and a variety of practical and stylistic needs. Looking for someone with mid-level commercial or film experience in the Art Department, specifically with prop management. Please have a portfolio or reel demonstrating your work. Your own basic prop kit (tools, adhesives, organizational supplies) would be a plus, though we’ll cover any specialized rentals. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at mid-late July, likely a 10-12 hour day. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set. Compensation will be based on experience.
