Locations for Corporate Video

Looking for an experienced Locations Manager to join a corporate video project, shooting in Brooklyn. This isn't your typical talking-head video. We're creating a dynamic, visually driven piece for a well-known tech brand, focusing on innovative product integration in various professional settings. Think sleek, modern, and high-production value, almost like a mini-documentary with a narrative feel. Your key responsibilities will involve scouting, securing, and managing diverse locations across Brooklyn, ensuring we have the right backdrops to tell our story effectively and efficiently. This includes negotiating rates, handling permits, coordinating access, and generally being the point person for all things location-related. We need someone with extensive prior experience managing locations for similar corporate or commercial projects in NYC, particularly Brooklyn. You should have a strong network of contacts for unique and accessible locations. Proficiency with location scouting software, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude are a must. Please share your reel or a portfolio showcasing your past location work. Shoot dates are tentatively set for late July, early August, with approximately 5-7 shooting days. Expect typical 10-hour days. This is a co-producer partnership opportunity, offering a co-producer credit and a share of the backend once the project is delivered. We’ll cover all location fees and essential production expenses.
