Locations for Commercial

Hey Nashville film community, I'm helping a small independent production find an experienced Senior Location Manager for an upcoming commercial shoot. We're working on a dynamic, high-energy commercial for a well-known lifestyle brand, showcasing real people in authentic, vibrant Nashville settings. It's going to be a fun, fast-paced shoot. We need someone with extensive experience scouting, securing, and managing locations for commercial productions. Your responsibilities will include identifying a diverse range of location options, negotiating agreements, managing permits, coordinating logistics with various departments, and ensuring smooth operations on set for all location-related aspects. You'll be the primary point of contact for all location needs. Candidates must have a strong portfolio of commercial locations work and excellent local knowledge of Nashville's diverse neighborhoods and permitting processes. Please provide references and a brief overview of your relevant experience. We appreciate proactive problem-solvers who can navigate challenges efficiently. We do not require you to provide specific gear, but your expertise and connections are key. Shoot dates are approximately August 12-16, with prep starting the week prior. We expect full days on set, typically 10-12 hours. Compensation is $1000-1500 per day, dependent on experience.
