Cinematography for Music Video

Hey filmmakers! I'm a DIT on an upcoming music video shoot in Los Angeles, and we're looking for a motivated 1st AC to join our small, enthusiastic crew. This is a dynamic independent production for an emerging artist, a super vibrant and high-energy hip-hop track with very stylized visuals. It's a great opportunity to gain experience on a fast-paced set and work with a cool team." "Your main responsibilities will include managing focus, keeping the camera prepped and powered, camera builds, and supporting our DP throughout the shoot. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of professional camera systems (likely an Alexa Mini LF or similar) and comfortable with lens changes and calibration. While this is an entry-level position, you should have some prior experience assisting on set, even if it's student work or smaller projects." "Please have your own basic AC kit ready to go. A strong reel showcasing your focus pulling skills or 1st AC experience is a must. The shoot dates are approximate, but we estimate 2-3 full days in late July or early August, likely 10-12 hour days.
