Junior VFX Artist, Corporate Video

Hey filmmakers, I’m putting together a corporate video, essentially a short documentary-style piece, for a tech startup here in Lagos. It's an exciting project with a fresh, modern vibe, focusing on innovation and their impact on the local community. I’m looking for a talented entry-level VFX artist who can help bring some of our concepts to life and add that extra polish. Your main responsibilities will include motion graphics, some basic compositing, and general visual effects work to enhance the storytelling and visual appeal. Think clean, professional animations and subtle enhancements, not anything overly dramatic. Ideally, you'll have your own setup with industry-standard software (After Effects or similar) and a decent understanding of the VFX pipeline. Please send over your portfolio or reel, even if it's mostly personal projects, I want to see your potential! Shoot dates are looking like late July, early August, with approximately 3-4 full days of work anticipated for the VFX phase. We’ll be providing scripts and clear direction, and there’s a comfortable workspace available if you prefer working on-site for some of the project. Compensation is $300-$500 per day, depending on experience and scope of work.
