Production for Pilot

Hey filmmakers, Jalen Wright here. We're gearing up for an exciting independent pilot, a gritty crime drama with a suspenseful edge, aiming for broadcast consideration. We're seeking a highly experienced Unit Production Manager (UPM) to join our team in Miami. You'll be instrumental in keeping our production running smoothly, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and crew management from prep through wrap. We need someone who can handle the complexities of a fast-paced environment and is a whiz at problem-solving on the fly. You should have extensive UPM experience on narrative projects, ideally pilots or features, and a proven track record of managing crews of 20+ people. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication are a must. Please share your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience. Shoot dates are approximately late September to mid-October, five-day weeks, 12-hour days. We'll provide all necessary software and tools.
