Production for Music Video

Hey everyone, Sam here (I'm a boom op mostly, but trying to help out an indie team). We're looking for a skilled and proactive 1st Assistant Camera for an upcoming music video. It's an indie pop track with a really cool, slightly surreal, dreamlike aesthetic. Think vibrant colors and artful, stylized shots. We've got a talented DP who needs a sharp eye and steady hands to keep things running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include pulling focus, managing camera gear (our kit is already sorted, but your experience counts), and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. We're looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of professional 1st AC experience. Please have your own follow focus, wireless video transmission system, and essential tools. A reel showcasing your focus pulling skills is a must. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for late July/early August, two full days. We expect long but rewarding days, typically 10-12 hours. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set. We're offering a competitive rate of $300-500/day, depending on experience and kit.
