Senior Line Producer, NYC Music Video

We're looking for a seasoned Line Producer to join our independent production for an exciting music video. This project is for an indie rock artist, with a moody, narrative-driven aesthetic think early 2000s indie film vibes. We're aiming for something visually distinctive and a bit edgy. As our Line Producer, you'll be crucial in keeping our production on track and within budget. Your responsibilities will include overseeing scheduling, managing crew logistics, negotiating vendor rates, and generally ensuring everything flows smoothly from pre-production through wrap. You'll work closely with the director and our small, passionate team to bring this vision to life. We need someone with at least 5+ years of Line Producing experience on music videos or short-form narratives. Experience with New York City permits and resources is a big plus. Please be prepared to share your reel or a detailed list of your past Line Producing credits. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Shoot dates are currently planned for late September/early October, likely 2-3 days, with a few weeks of intensive pre-production. This is a volunteer position, but we'll cover all meals and provide a copy for your reel. We're a tight-knit crew, eager to make something great together!
