Looking for a proactive 1st Assistant Director for an upcoming independent music video shoot in Miami, FL. This is a high-energy, vibrant R&B/Hip Hop track with a dynamic narrative featuring performance and a small cast. We're aiming for a stylish, visually driven aesthetic. Your main responsibilities will include managing the set, keeping us on schedule, drafting call sheets, and being the primary point of contact for cast and crew on set. We need someone who can keep things moving smoothly while maintaining a positive vibe. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get more experience in music videos. We're looking for someone organized, with strong communication skills, and a clear understanding of set protocols. Experience on at least one previous short film or music video as a 1st AD or PA (with significant on-set management duties) is a plus. Shoot dates are TBD, likely 2 full days in late June or early July. This is a partnership opportunity, offering co-producer credit and a share in backend profits.
