Looking for an experienced Line Producer for an upcoming independent feature film shooting in Berlin. It's a character-driven drama, with a nuanced script that explores themes of belonging and identity. We're aiming for a grounded, intimate tone. We’re deep in pre-production, excited to bring a talented Line Producer on board to help realize this vision. Your main responsibilities will include managing the budget, overseeing scheduling, securing locations, and coordinating all logistical aspects of the production from hire to wrap. We need someone who can work efficiently and problem-solve creatively, ensuring we stay on track and within our financial parameters. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be liaising with department heads, crew, and external vendors. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience Line Producing on independent features, or comparable long-form projects. Familiarity with Berlin’s film infrastructure and local talent pool is a huge plus. Practical details: shooting is anticipated to be a 4-week principal photography block, likely late spring 2024.
