Art Coordinator, Corporate Video (Senior)

We need a senior Art Coordinator to join our independent production team immediately for an upcoming corporate video project. This piece is a polished, aspirational brand anthem for a tech company, focusing on innovative solutions and a forward-thinking tone. We're aiming for a clean, modern aesthetic with a warm, inviting feel. Key responsibilities include managing art department logistics, sourcing props and set dressing, coordinating vendors, overseeing set builds and strike, and assisting with budgeting and scheduling for the art department. You will be reporting directly to the Production Designer. We're looking for someone with significant art department experience, ideally in corporate or commercial work, who can handle multiple moving parts efficiently. Proficiency with budgeting software (e.g., Movie Magic Budgeting) and strong organizational skills are a must. Please provide a link to your reel or portfolio showcasing relevant art department work. The shoot itself is projected for 1-2 days during the second half of October 2026, with prep starting immediately, totaling about 3 weeks of work. Standard 10-12 hour days during prep and shoot. We will provide all necessary production equipment, but personal laptop and communication tools are expected. Compensation is $500-800 per day, based on experience.
