Locations Coordinator, Music Video

Hey, I'm an Art Director working on an upcoming music video for an established indie artist. We're looking for an awesome Locations Coordinator to help us lock in some killer spots in LA. We need someone who can work fairly autonomously, has a great eye, and is a strong communicator. The video is a conceptual piece, kind of dreamy and ethereal, set in a few unique indoor and outdoor spaces. We're thinking industrial vibes mixed with natural beauty, but open to your creative input. This isn't your typical performance video, it's more about visual storytelling. Your main responsibilities will be scouting, securing permits, negotiating location fees, and being a general point person for location logistics on set. You'll work closely with me and the director to bring our vision to life. Experience with LA permitting is a huge plus, but if you're a quick learner and passionate, we still want to hear from you. Any experience level is welcome. Shoot dates are looking like late April / early May, likely 2-3 shoot days, 10-12 hour days. We'll have a couple of scouting days beforehand. We'll provide transportation for scouting days and on set. Please send over anything you have that showcases your approach to location scouting or any relevant prior work.
