Locations Assistant, Music Video (Entry)

Hey filmmakers, Diana here. I'm putting together an independent music video production in Miami and looking for a Locations Assistant to join our crew. This is a high-energy, vibrant R&B/Pop project with some unique visual concepts, so finding the right aesthetic for our shots is key. We're looking for someone with a good eye, who's enthusiastic about finding cool, untapped spots around Miami, but also understands the practical side of filming in public and private spaces. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with scouting potential locations, taking detailed photos, helping with location releases and permits (we'll guide you through this), and general on-set support to ensure our locations stay organized and safe. This is an entry-level position, so prior location experience isn't strictly necessary, but a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a valid driver's license (with access to a car) are a must. Experience with photography or a keen visual sense is a plus, please include a link to your work if you have one. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at early to mid-August, anticipating 2-3 full days of scouting/prep and 2-3 shoot days, 10-12 hours per day. Compensation is $150-300 per day, depending on experience. We'll cover mileage and any location-related expenses. Excited to see who's out there!
