Color Grading for Web Series
Hey everyone, I'm a Dolly Grip usually, but for this upcoming web series, I'm looking for a talented Colorist to join our team. It's an independent production, a dark comedy with some genre twists, think "Fargo" meets a character study. We've got some great performances and shot in some interesting locations, so I'm excited to see how color can really make it pop. Your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the director and DP to establish the visual tone, perform primary and secondary color correction, and ensure consistency across all episodes. We're looking for someone who can bring their own creative ideas to the table, even if you’re just starting out in color grading. No specific gear requirements, just need to be proficient with industry-standard software (DaVinci Resolve, Baselight, etc.). Please have a reel or a few samples of your work ready to share. Shoot dates are mostly wrapped, so this role will be focused on post-production, likely mid-July through August, with flexible hours. We're offering $100-200/day, depending on experience. We don't have a dedicated color suite set up, but we'll provide DIT station access and all source files. Looking forward to hearing from you!
